How I Work

At MI Holistic Healing, I teach you a range of techniques and practices to improve your overall well-being. We use tools like mindfulness and meditation for stress management and self-awareness, guided emotional healing and release of past traumas, educate on lifestyle choices for balanced health, introduce energy balancing modalities like Reiki or chakra healing, emphasize self-care practices for relaxation and self-love, explore the mind/body/spirit connection, and assist with goal setting and personal development. My approach creates space for you to explore new ways of healing that you may not have had knowledge or access to in the past. 

Healing is a courageous journey, for it often asks us to face discomfort in order to embrace true transformation. Embrace the discomfort, for it is through that journey that we emerge stronger, wiser, and whole.

Healing is a deeply personal and unique experience, for each of us carries our own individual stories and struggles. Our paths may diverge, our wounds may vary, but the opportunity to heal is accessible to all. It reminds us that despite our differences, we share a common human capacity to grow, mend, and find solace. No matter the shape or size of our wounds, the power to heal resides within us, waiting to be embraced. Embrace your unique journey, for within it lies the transformative potential to reclaim your wholeness and thrive in your own remarkable way. 




In this step, I will guide you in identifying and releasing physical, emotional, or energetic tension and stress. This can be achieved through techniques such as breathwork, bodywork, or mindfulness practices that promote relaxation and the release of stored tension. 


Here, the focus is on restoring balance and harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. I introduce practices like meditation, energy healing, or mindful movement to support you in rebalancing your energy centers, enhancing vitality, and promoting overall well-being. 


The final step involves replenishing and restoring your overall health and vitality. I provide guidance on self-care practices, such as nurturing activities, self-reflection exercises, or setting boundaries to prevent future imbalance. The emphasis is on creating sustainable practices that support long-term health and well-being. 


When you let go of what you think your life should have been you begin to live life mindfully and authentically.

You are here to experience life. The path you have taken to this point is uniquely yours.
